China Town and Earth Hour

We went China Town today! So I "merasmikan" my Go Card (the Australian version of touch n go) today!
We actually planned to go out at 9.30am. But since not everyone is ready and beth's bus was late, we ended up starting our journey at 10am. So we walk to the St. Lucia Ferry bus stop to board a bus to Toowong.

Then at Toowong, we got on the train to Brunswick Station to Fortitude Velley (which is the China Town). It's more or less like the Petaling Street that we have at home... But this one is with a scent of class, cleaner and less crowded!

Once we got there, we started to shop! Shop for all the groceries that we need. And this was how we looked like when we came out from the last shop that we went. (p/s: there was still 3 more plastic bags one my hand!)

After such "hebat" shopping activity, of course we were hungry! We went Happy Chef BBQ to have our lunch!
This was what I had for my lunch. Thank god the rice was a bit even though the chicken was damn a lot... Or else they will have to carry me home! Hehe...

Next will the the Earth Hour. We initially planned to cook fish and chips for western dinner (because it's a candle light dinner ma). However, we can't manage to get any fish or chips! No choice, spaghetti and pasta lo... So, our Earth Hour started with this:

The food... (with us posing before the food, and kanmani was too eager to eat...hehe)

Licin... Hebat leh... The amount of food we eat increase day by day. Mayb due to too much of hill climbing! Haih...
The we started to take picture. I was wondering why do we have to create an occasion which we switched off all the lights to take picture... (-_-'') Damn swt...

At first yun kit was the one taking our pictures. After a while he started to join in as well... (But the camera only can capture his head!)

Not satisfied, he tried again... This time he looked as if he was from a different dimension (in the middle)... damn scary!

After a few trials and errors, finally, he got himself quite a good spot beside Melissa! Haha...

That was how we spent our "60 Earth Hour 2009". Damn swt... But something different to remember...
